About Reteapis
Reteapis is a local technical service in preparation, for small businesses and households in Dolenjska and beyond – Novo mesto, Krško, Metlika, Črnomelj and the surrounding area.
We believe good security isn't about big companies and expensive tools, but about well-chosen basics that someone looks after regularly. We explain things in plain language and say what makes sense and what doesn't.
As we're just starting out, we want to shape the service together with our first partners – with honest feedback rather than promises.

Are you already operating?
No. Reteapis is in preparation and not yet registered, so we don't perform any services yet. We're currently gathering interest and feedback from first partners.
What do I get as a first partner?
Priority: once the business is officially registered, you'll be first in line for a risk assessment, plus a first-partner arrangement. Until then it's just a short conversation and a questionnaire – we don't perform services at this stage. We don't promise prices or discounts.
Does signing up commit me to anything?
No. Registering interest, the conversation and the questionnaire are non-binding. Whether and how we work together after launch is up to you.
Where do you work?
Primarily in Dolenjska and beyond – Novo mesto, Krško, Metlika, Črnomelj and the surrounding area, including Bela krajina and Posavje. For other locations in Slovenia, get in touch.
Do I need to comply with NIS2?
Most small businesses are not directly obligated under NIS2 or Slovenia's ZInfV-1 – the law generally covers medium-sized and large companies in certain sectors, plus some specific entities regardless of size. However, larger clients and partners may require certain security measures from you (supply-chain security). GDPR applies to every business that processes personal data. Once we launch, we'll help you check, as an orientation, what this means for you. This is not legal advice; for a legal assessment, consult a legal professional or the competent authorities.
Do you offer 24/7 support or immediate incident response?
No. Once we launch, work will be done by arrangement, at agreed times – we won't offer a 24/7 on-call service or immediate response. We'll help you prepare an incident response plan, so you know in advance what to do and whom to notify (e.g. SI-CERT, Slovenia's national CERT), and with measures after an incident.
What about private clients and smart homes?
Private clients are welcome to sign up too. Besides cybersecurity, we're preparing smart device setup, networks, Wi-Fi, CCTV, IoT and automation.
